Hi Anatolyk,

Is the notary authorization of documents have to be by an american notary?
if so - do u have any names of such?

In Step 3 application context Notary is referred to Notary Public. If you are in the U.S., any bank has a notary and his service is usually free. If you are outside of U.S., I doubt you can use U.S. notary Public because he notarizes your signature and this must be face to face.

If you are outside of the U.S., I would assume that a notary from your country is fine. But I sugegst calling the fsmb to verify that.

May i ask if the identification number that is required for certification of identity is be the national identification number in the passport for international graduates?
I want to be sure before submitting the application.
